Description

Fetira is a hearty, savory wrap that combines a soft, earthy corn-based crepe with a fresh layer of egg, onions, and spices. It offers a satisfying contrast between the slightly crispy exterior of the wrap and the tender, seasoned egg filling inside.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup YENE corn flour
  • 1–1½ cups water (as needed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1–2 tbsp oil or butter
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper, chili, or green pepper(optional)

Instruction

1.Mix all-purpose and YENE corn flour in a bowl.

2.Add water gradually and stir until smooth batter forms.

3.Add salt and mix well.

4.Heat a pan and add a little oil.

5.Pour batter into the pan and spread thin like a pancake.

6.Add beaten egg mixed with onion and spices on top.

7.Cook until golden, then flip or fold carefully.

8.Cook both sides until crispy and fully cooked.

9.Serve hot.
