Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup YENE corn flour
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Oil for frying

Instruction

1.Mix all ingredients into a thick batter.

2.Heat oil in a pan.

3.Drop spoonfuls into oil.

4.Fry until golden brown.

5.Drain and serve warm.
