The Marketing Officer will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility, increase customer engagement, and support sales growth. The role requires a creative and organized professional who can coordinate marketing activities across digital and offline channels while ensuring consistent brand communication.

The position works closely with the sales, product, and leadership teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Execution & Campaign Management

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate content creation for digital platforms including social media and website.
Support brand visibility initiatives such as events, activations, and partnerships.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

2. Brand & Communication Support

Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across materials.
Develop marketing materials including brochures, banners, and presentations.
Support internal communication and announcements when needed.

3. Market Research & Insights

Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
Collect customer feedback and provide insights to management.

4. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Track marketing activities and maintain documentation.
Support planning for product launches and promotions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related role.
Experience in FMCG or food industry is an advantage.
