A simple, creamy sweet corn porridge comforting and perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients

Yenė Corn flour – ½ cup
Water – 2 cups
Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Salt – a pinch
Vanilla extract – ½ tsp

Instruction

1. Boil water in a pot.

2. Mix Yenė Corn flour with a little cold water to make a smooth paste.

3. Pour the paste slowly into the boiling water while stirring.

4. Add milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla.

5. Stir constantly until it becomes thick and smooth.

6. Serve warm.
