Description
Buttery, tender cookies with a sweet crunch perfect for teatime or snacks.
Ingredients
Yenė Corn flour – 1 cup
Butter – ½ cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Egg – 1
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Instruction
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
Fold in Yenė Corn flour and combine into a soft dough.
Shape dough into small balls and place on baking tray.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until lightly golden.
Cool slightly before serving.
