Description

Buttery, tender cookies with a sweet crunch perfect for teatime or snacks.

Ingredients

  • Yenė Corn flour – 1 cup
  • Butter – ½ cup
  • Sugar – ½ cup
  • Egg – 1
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Instruction

  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2.  Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3.  Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Fold in Yenė Corn flour and combine into a soft dough.
  5. Shape dough into small balls and place on baking tray.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
