Yenė Corn flour – 1 cup
All-purpose flour – ½ cup
Milk – 1 cup
Egg – 1
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Butter – 2 tbsp, melted
1. Mix Yenė Corn flour , all-purpose flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
2. Whisk in milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
3. Heat a pan and lightly grease it.
4. Pour batter and cook until bubbles form, flip and cook until golden.
