Yenė Corn flour – 1 cup
All-purpose flour – ½ cup
Yeast – 1 tsp
Warm water – ¾ cup
Salt – ½ tsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
1. Mix yeast with warm water and let sit 5 minutes.
2. Combine Yenė Corn flour , all-purpose flour, and salt.
3. Add yeast mixture and knead into smooth dough.
4. Let dough rise for 30 minutes.
5. Roll out dough, add toppings, and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
