Banana Bliss Corn Cake

Description
Moist banana cake with a tender crumb and gentle sweetness perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients
Yenė Corn flour – 1 cup
All-purpose flour – ½ cup
Ripe bananas – 2, mashed
Sugar – ½ cup
Eggs – 2
Butter – ½ cup, melted
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Instruction
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.
Mix mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
In another bowl, combine Yenė Corn flour , all-purpose flour, and baking soda.
Gently fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until smooth.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 45–50 minutes.
Let cool before slicing.
