Ingredients

  • Yenė Corn flour – 1 cup
  • All-purpose flour – ½ cup
  • Ripe bananas – 2, mashed
  • Sugar – ½ cup
  • Eggs – 2
  • Butter – ½ cup, melted
  • Baking soda – 1 tsp

Instruction

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, eggs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine Yenė Corn flour , all-purpose flour, and baking soda.
  4. Gently fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 45–50 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing.
